Guangdong Guangyuan Fishery Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guangyuan Fishery Group”) was formerly known as Guangdong Oceanic Fisheries Corporation and was established on July 15, 1987. Approved by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government in 2004, the former Guangdong Oceanic Fisheries Corporation and Guangdong Nanyang Fishery Company were established with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It is a legally owned state-owned enterprise affiliated to the Guangdong Provincial Department of Oceans and Fisheries. The “Ocean Fishery Enterprise Qualification” certificate issued by the Ministry is headquartered in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
At present, with the leadership and strong support of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Oceans and Fisheries, Guangyuan Fishery Group is actively pursuing new development models and development opportunities through institutional innovation, and adopts various “collaboration” initiatives to adopt various cooperation methods. Expand the scale of offshore fishing, expand overseas aquaculture and processing, strengthen the construction of overseas logistics bases, and strive to build Guangyuan Fishery Group into a leading integrated offshore fishery enterprise in Guangdong Province. The project “Guangyuan Integrated Logistics Base”, which is the key development and construction project of the company, is part of the “Guangzhou Longxue Island Regional Construction Sea Master Plan (2010-2020)”. Guangdong Guangyuan Fishery Group Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in offshore fishing, aquaculture, domestic aquatic products trade, aquatic product processing and organization and coordination of fishing vessels engaged in offshore fishery production. The main products are: Norwegian red fish, Arctic carp, black line Salmon fillets, California salmon, Brunei blue shrimp, tuna, etc.
