Pomegranates are becoming increasingly popular especially when it comes to juices, but fresh consumption is also on the up. So far, however, there have been difficulties in separating the internal part from the husk. Luckily there is now a mechanical way to do so.
We needed an unusual solution as pomegranates have a complex structure. We came up with a machine that is easy to use and has a high production capacity, explains promoter Pasquale Damiani
