US-based C.H. Guenther Son (CHG) has acquired Tribeca Oven, a New Jersey-based manufacturer and marketer of artisan breads and rolls.
In 1988, Tribeca was established as a fresh bread bakery in New York City. It transitioned from a fresh bakery to frozen parbaked in 2005.
