Technology-based natural ingredients company Dhler has acquired the fruit processing and flavour unit of Egyptian fruit and vegetable specialist Delta Aromatic (DELRO). According to Dhler, DELRO will play a major role as the production and service hub for the dynamic markets in Africa and the Middle East.
Delta Aromatic's business units Fragrance and Agriculture are not part of the acquisition agreement and will be operated as an independent company.
