According to the survey conducted by logistics industry professionals, 47.5% of damaged goods are due to improper packing. Logistics packaging refers to the application of specific technologies to make use of containers, materials, auxiliary equipment to encapsulate the products collectively with objectives of protecting the products during the transporting, and facilitating storage, distribution and sales promotion. In order to facilitate the overall logistics process, including storage, handling, stacking, shipping, receiving and sales, goods are required to be protected in the professional form of packaging.
The rapid growth of e-commerce sales will be the main driving force of the leap of logistics packaging. Environmental concerns will favour air pillows and paper fill products for goods delivered directly to consumers. A recent study conducted by The Freedonia Group showed that the demand for logistics packaging in Americas rises 6-7% annually since 2009, the growth is mostly contributed by the fast recovery from the economic downturn, and they have a very positive forecast to the next 5-year development of logistics packaging industry. Dongguan Yalan packing materials co., Ltd. will showcase different stretch and protective films. The products adopt low density polyethylene as raw material. As the thickness of PE stretch film is 0.013 ~ 0.06mm, the film can be cut according to customer’s specifications. De Cheng Huan Li Bao Co., Ltd. will showcase a series of plastic pallets, card board boxes, plates, crates, containers and other logistics packaging tools. The four-way plastic pallets of Decheng can be turnover on ground and superimposed. It helps to save space, reduce logistics costs and the life of the plastic pallets is five times longer than the same type of wooden pallets. Products are applicable to general manufacturing, food processing, agriculture, automotive, beverage, cosmetic packaging and other packaging export industries.
